2. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in CFA francs (XAF), inclusive of all taxes. Cameroonian VAT at the rate of 19.25% is calculated and invoiced in accordance with the law.

3. Order & payment

Payment is made via QuataPay (Orange / MTN mobile money, card). The order is confirmed once payment is received, with a confirmation email and a compliant invoice attached.

4. Shipping

Shipping across Cameroon. Delivery times are indicative (1 to 5 business days depending on the region). A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

5. Withdrawal & returns

Personalised jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. For all other items, you have 7 days to contact us in case of a defect. Return shipping costs are at your charge unless a defect is confirmed.

6. Warranties

All of our items are guaranteed authentic. An official invoice accompanies every order.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent Cameroonian courts will have jurisdiction.
