Import duties and taxes (where applicable) are paid by the recipient. We’ll let you know in advance if your country requires this.
Returns
- Email returns@bellablissbt.com within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
- We’ll send a pre-paid return label (in-country) or a customs declaration for international returns.
- Pack the piece in its original box, with any certificates, and drop it at your nearest courier point.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.
Custom and personalised pieces (engraving, custom commissions, resizing) are non-returnable, with the exception of manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, stone, or chain length? Email us within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange instead of a refund. The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges on the same order are charged at cost.
For fragrances, we’ll happily exchange any unopened bottle for another scent of equal value, with shipping covered by us in-country.
