Privacy policy

Bella's Bliss Boutique only collects the data strictly necessary to fulfil your order: name, phone, email, shipping address. No payment information is stored on our servers; payments are processed by our provider QuataPay.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the sale contract, your consent (newsletter) and our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting). Reference: Cameroonian laws 2010/012 on cybersecurity and 2010/013 on electronic communications.

Retention period

• Active customer data: for as long as your account remains open.
• Invoices and order history: 10 years (DGI tax obligation).
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, objection.
• Erasure: from your account (« Delete my data » section) or by email at privacy@bellabliss.cm. The invoices linked to your orders are retained in anonymised form.
• Portability: on request, we will send you all of your data within 30 days.

We only use strictly necessary cookies (cart, session) and, if you consent, analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
